Construction project manager with over 10 years of experience in Vietnam and United Kingdom. Mr. Pham currently serves as Regional Director (Southeast Asia) for PC1 Group, a leading contractor in the energy sector of Vietnam. His latest assignment was Deputy Director of Project Management Department –cum- Project Manager of Tan Phu Dong 2 Wind Power project for the same company. Graduated from University of Westminster with a Master Degree in Construction Project Management, Mr. Pham is equipped with a broad skill set in the areas of organizational system, project portfolio management and construction management.
