Hoang Anh is a principal researcher of NIICS - MIC, a leading Vietnamese telecom policy consultancy in the high-tech industry. Hoang Anh has participated in research and development of national telecommunications planning, including offshore telecommunications service projects serving offshore service providers. The national telecommunications plan has been approved by the Prime Minister of Vietnam for each stage, but in the next phase, it is necessary to update the needs of offshore production and business units to submit to the Vietnamese Government. Nam adjusts telecommunications planning for the next phase. Mr. Hoang Anh also continues to research alternative energy sources for offshore activities to supply power to offshore base stations.
